How we work with you
Initial Contact
You can contact Garden Solutions either by e-mail or phone to arrange an initial site visit. At this point it would be helpful to know whether you want us to design your garden for you or whether you have your own ideas.

Site Visit
During the initial site visit we will talk through your needs to understand what you want from your garden. We take all measurements and notes to help us draw up a comprehensive quote. We will discuss the types of material you want, as well as the design costs.

Site Visit
We will revisit you to present the design, when you will be able to ask questions, make changes and finalise choice of material.

The quote
Once the design has been finalised we will then work out the cost of the build. We aim to supply a quote within seven working days of the initial site visit/completion of the design. The quote is broken down by task.

Build
We pride ourselves on our speed and efficiency. We are contactable at all times if you have any questions or concerns. If the only way to access your garden is through your house we cover the floor and walls (where necessary) with protective sheeting.

Payment
Payment is usually taken in stages. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, payment follows a schedule similar to this:
10% deposit
70% during the work
20% on completion
